According to cell and animal studies, by introduction of the acicular HA, early adhesion of fat stem cells is facilitated, and osteogenic differentiation of the fat stem cells is promoted. The prepared acicular HA/PBLG porous composite microcarrier can accelerate therepair of irregular bone defects and have the good bone regeneration effect.
