Abstract

The invention discloses an acellular scaffold solution-GelMA hydrogel composite material and a preparation method thereof, the acellular scaffold solution is mixed and dissolved in a GelMA hydrogel, and a composite scaffold material with a porous structure is constructed by adopting a method of combining biochemical enzymolysis and physical stirring. According to the invention, GelMA is used as amatrix to ensure the mechanical strength and biodegradability of a scaffold; the composite acellular scaffold solution aims to improve biocompatibility, retain bioactive factors and natural extracellular matrix components in original organs and promote adhesion and proliferation of cells on the scaffold. The composite scaffold prepared by the method has the advantages of adjustable pore size, goodmechanical property, good biocompatibility, multiple active factors and the like, and can be used as an excellent biological material to be applied to the field of tissue engineering.
