Abstract
The invention relates to acellular polysaccharide dermal matrix materials and a production method and application thereof. The acellular polysaccharide dermal matrix materials comprise acellular dermal matrix materials and polysaccharide, wherein the polysaccharide solution is composite solution of carboxymethyl chitosan, chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid. The production method includes: selecting encapsulated and sterilized PADM, weighing, compositing carboxymethyl chitosan, compositing chondroitin sulfate, crosslinking with glutaraldehyde, compositing hyaluronic acid, washing with a PBS buffer solution, encapsulating, sterilizing, and the like. Functional materials can be added into the acellular polysaccharide dermal matrix materials to produce biologic dressings, composite transplant stents and tissue engineering epidermis stents. The acellular polysaccharide dermal matrix materials are good in in-vitro degradability, high in tensile strength, high in water vapor permeability, high in porosity and excellent in antibacterial performance.
