Abstract
Aiming at problems that common hydrogel is poor in strength and toughness and cannot be prepared into nanometer fibers and crosslinking after formation of the nanometer fibers is difficult, the invention designs and prepares a high-strength high-toughness hydrogel nanometer fiber. Firstly, sodium alginate, a polymerization monomer, a chemical cross-linking agent, an initiator and a polymer assisting spinning are dissolved into water to prepare a spinning solution and a nanometer fiber is prepared through a high-voltage static spinning technique. The nanometer fiber after spinning and molding is fumigated in a culture box with certain temperature and humidity to allow the nanometer fiber to properly absorb water and be moistened, then the fiber is sealed, nitrogen is fed to discharge oxygen, and polymerization is initiated through irradiation. Finally, the polymerized hydrogel nanometer fiber is soaked in an ionic crosslinking agent and crosslinked to obtain the high-strength high-toughness hydrogel nanometer fiber. A preparing method is simple, the cost is low, organic solvents are not used, and the prepared high-strength high-toughness hydrogel nanometer fiber has a wide application prospect in the fields of tissue engineering, oil water separation, catalytic adsorption, dressings, and the like.
