Abstract
The present invention relates to a functional suture (100) which can be used for applications such as surgical sutures, cosmetic fillers, lifting threads, or tissue engineering cell scaffolds and, more specifically, to a functional suture (100) comprising: a core filament (10) having a three-dimensional pattern on a surface; and a functional material (20) coated on the surface of the core filament (10) and to a production method thereof.
