Abstract
A D-limonene containing edible antibacterial gelatin emulsified film is disclosed and can be used for the fields of green food package materials, biological bactericidal and antibacterial materials, tissue engineering, medicine auxiliary materials, and the like. The gelatin emulsified film contains D-limonene, gelatin, glycerin and a surfactant. Compared with a pure gelatin film, antibacterial performance of the gelatin emulsified film is greatly improved, and the emulsified film has a pleasant smell because of the fresh fruit fragrance of the D-limonene. The antibacterial gelatin film can be biodegraded, and does not cause environment pollution in a using process. The gelatin emulsified film plays roles of preventing loss of food flavor substances, preventing food spoilage, and the like, thus achieving effects of food fresh keeping and shelf life prolonging.
