23 Jul A CELL-REMOVING CORNEA SUBSTRATE AND A METHOD OF PREPARATION THEREOF
Abstract
A cell-removing cornea substrate is mostly constructed by hundreds mutually parallel collagen fiberboards, between which there are interspaces formed due to cell-removing. The cell-removing cornea substrate is used for repairing surface tissue trauma of eyes, rebuilding and shaping the surface tissue of eyes, curing ocular surface tissue disease and constructing the carrier of tissue engineering biology cornea. The cell-removing cornea substrate can retain for a long time or decompose gradually, present highly clarit, nerve of receptor can develope in it, receptor cell can proliferate on the surface, the substrate has low immunogenic and good tissue compatible after transplantation.
