Abstract

This invention is a biomedical material, which is composed of polyurethane (PU), coated with CBD-RGD peptide made by genetic engineering method for improving the adhesive and proliferating ability of tissue cell such as endothelium, fibroblast and cuticular cell. To coat CBD-RGC peptide on cross-linking modified collagen artificial vessel could increase the plant of endothelium and decrease the adhesive activity of blood platelet.
