Abstract
The present invention relates to rHBTR gene and its cloning process as well as the preparation and application of rHBTR gene zymoprotein and gene probe. The gene is prepared from the general RNA acquired from fresh human brain tissue and through RT-RCR process including cloning, screening to obtain full gene, cloning sequencing, constructing expression carrier, introducing engineering bacteria and expressing zymoprotein. It may be used in processing and curing retrograde disease in nervous system, such as parkinson’s disease and senile dementia. The gene probe prepared with brain thioredoxin reductase gene as one diagnosis and research means may be used in molecular biological research and clinical test widely.
