Abstract
medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical body, tail part, operation part stopper as ring-shaped boss, operation part with grooves and cutting edges. Canal is made in the cylindrical body for supplying liquid cooling the treated surface. The canal has variable cross-section diameter with smooth change of small diameter portion into the large diameter one and vice versa. Ratio of canal middle part diameter to outlet and inlet diameters is equal to 1.5-2.0. Canal middle part length is not longer than the sum of its beginning and end portion lengths. EFFECT: homogeneous and permanent flow of cooling liquid like water; reduced risk of heat treated hard tissue injuries. 1 dwg
