Abstract

PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus and a method for the quantitative measurement of adhesive force of a cell to constructs, in order to apply to tissue engineering, thereby analyzing cellular characteristics rapidly. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for the quantitative measurement of adhesive force of a cell to constructs comprises an invert microscope which determines the moving of a beam member through image information photographed by a vision camera, then transmits information, such as a modified shape and direction, to a host computer; a micro-transducer which is connected to the invert microscope above, has a support with micro holes, and micro-transduces the support; a probe needle which is inserted into the micro holes of the support in the micro-transducer then fixed thereto; and a measurement program which is loaded into the host computer.
