The dense composition has bone cement or bone glue or alloplant or dense ceramic material or other dense biocompatible material filling or covering pores of one or several superficial layers of porous matrix. The dense composition is put into one or several superficial layers of porous matrix on the contact side of the material after its being implanted with soft tissues. The ceramic material pores are open in the direction of implant contact with bone or cartilage tissue after being implanted.
