Abstract
FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has handle, neck and cutting working part. The working part is manufactured as rod loop from titanium nickelide possessing temperature memory properties. The loop has flat area and narrowing rounded area. The rounded area serves for giving rest to cut tissue and holding it. The area is oriented at an angle of 135° to the flat area and longitudinal instrument plane.
