Abstract

A degradable bioactive composite porous polyester/calcium silicate cytoskeleton for repairing the damaged bone tissue or as the cell scafflod in bone tissue engineering is prepared through solvent castingand particle educing, or die presing to form sheet, heat treating and particle educing. When it is immersed in the analog body fluid, the hydroxyapatite carbonate particles are deposited in 3 days and the hydroxyapatite carbonate layer is formed in 7 days.
