Abstract
The present invention relates to field of preparation technology of product related to biological medicine engineering tissue transplantation, in the concrete, it relates to an artificial bone graft and its preparation method. The described graft contains pharmaceutically-acceptable degradable material and fatty stem cell. Its preparation method includes the following steps: (1) using culture solution DMEM to make culture and amplification of fatty stem cell, before inoculation using osteogenetic induction solution to make culture; (2) inoculating fatty stem cell in the pharmaceutically-acceptable bio-degradable material; and (3) making culture under the proper growth condition so as to form fatty stem cell-pharmaceutically-acceptable bio-degradable material compound.
