Abstract
A tissue engineering cartilage based on placenta original filled stem cell and its production are disclosed. The process is carried out by using filled stem cell of placenta original as seed cell, combining with degradable porous biological material to construct tissue engineering cartilage. It is convenient and has short cell culture time and easy quality control, it can be used for functional repair of joint cartilage injure.
