23 Jul Microwave heating process for preparing tissue carrier material of polycaprolactone
Abstract
The microwave heating process for preparing tissue carrier material of polycaprolactone includes the following steps: A. cutting polycaprolactone fiber into 1-20 mm length, and filling the fiber into mold in specific shape in homogeneous arranging structure to porosity of 60-95 %; and B. heating the mold in microwave oven at mild fire or middle fire to melt and combine for 1 sec to 10 min, taking out and cooling, demolding, and vacuum drying for 24 hr to obtain the porous tissue carrier material of polycaprolactone. The present invention has homogeneous heat conducting to ensure the once formation, and the material has excellent mechanical performance, relatively high porosity and simple controllable technological process. The present invention can meet the clinic requirement of bone, cartilage and other tissue engineering.
