Abstract
The present invention describes a process for coating an interconnected porous substrate, synthesis intermediates and interconnected porous coated products. The process of the present invention consists of the deposition, on porous blocks ((scaffolds), with mineral materials, optionally converted into other materials. The products of the present invention are useful in several applications, emphasizing applications for bone regeneration and tissue engineering and in molecules delivery or uptake.
