Composite artificial minute vessel stent and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing an artificial vessel bracket, in particular a compound artificial small vessel bracket. The compound artificial small vessel bracket is characterized in that the small vessel bracket comprises three layers; a net tube-shaped fabric formed by using sutures to weave medical grade poly-p-dioxanone which is strong and elastic is taken as an intermediate elastic layer; a blending sulfuric acid chondroitin-collagen coating is used as an inner layer; an outer layer is wrapped in a matrix fiber layer, then is reinforced with the sutures, and subjected to compound molding; and a degradable small-caliber (4-5 mm) vessel bracket which is similar to a normal vessel in physicochemical and biomechanical property, and matched with the regeneration of self vessel tissue. The planting of seed cells on the inner surface of the vessel bracket to form an in vitro vessel provides theoretical principles and experimental basis for the clinical application of small-caliber tissue engineering vessels in coronary artery surgery and other fields.
