Abstract
This invention relates to a fatty tissue gelatin cell structure suitable for injection having a three-dimensional spatial structure, and its preparation method. Natural high polymer collagen and hyaluronic acid are used to produce a colloid support material suitable for injection type fatty tissue engineering and are mixed with fatty cells, fat precursor cell, or other kinds of cells to form a fatty tissue gelatin cell structure suitable for injection or other tissue gelatin cell structures. Said fatty tissue gelatin cell structure includes stem cells, and when injected into body the fatty tissue gelatin cell structure will not contract, which helps maintain the permeability in the colloid support so that the stem cells or cells are allowed to absorb sufficient nutrient. The fatty tissue gelatin cell structure, if simultaneously added with differentiation-triggering medicines or growth-triggering growth hormone as well as particles having release control effect, will promote cell proliferation, growth, and differentiation.
