Abstract
The invention discloses an anthropogenic reconstructed rat model and application thereof. The invention discloses a method for establishing an anthropogenic reconstructed rat, which comprises the stepof applying peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) to a rat with immune deficiency. The invention also discloses a method for detecting the immunogenicity of tissue engineering implants, which comprises the following steps: (a) applying the peripheral blood mononuclear cells to the rat with immune deficiency to obtain the anthropogenic reconstructed rat; (b) providing the tissue engineering implants for the anthropogenic reconstructed rat; and (c) detecting the immunization level of the humor and/or the cells of the anthropogenic reconstructed rat.
