Abstract
The present invention develops an implant of two compounds, which comprises mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) transduced into adenoviral non-replicating vectors carrying BMP2 human gene for being used in ex vivo therapy and as demineralized bone matrix, the invention combining the ex vivo genetic therapy and the tissue engineering for developing pre-clinical ossification models.
