Method for preparing ordered nest-shaped porous hydroxylapatite material

Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of biomedical materials, in particular relates to a method for preparing an ordered nest-shaped porous hydroxylapatite material. The method comprises the following steps of: performing a hydro-thermal reaction by taking calcium carbonate and ammonium phosphate salt as precursors and taking water soluble amide as a soft template agent at the temperature of 140 to 200 DEG C in a hydro-thermal reaction kettle for 2 to 6 days, taking the obtained product out, and washing and drying the obtained product; and then sintering the obtained product at the temperature of 1,100 DEG C for 2 hours to obtain a finished product. The porous material prepared by the method is formed by traversing, interweaving and assembling hydroxylapatite whiskers with an average diameter of 1 mu m and a ratio of length to diameter of about 100 and has a large specific surface area. Nest-shaped large holes with a diameter of 200 to 350 mu m are uniformly distributed on the porous material and are favorable for the growth of blood vessels and nerves. Pores reserved after the traversing and interweaving of the whiskers are communicated with one another in a three-dimensional space to form a three-dimensional space mesh structure so as to provide good channels for exchanging nutritive materials. Therefore, the ordered nest-shaped porous hydroxylapatite material prepared by the method has a wide application prospect in the fields of artificial bones, bone tissue engineering scaffolds, medicinal release carriers and the like.
