Preparation method of polycaprolactone/beta-tricalcium phosphate porous composite material

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of a polycaprolactone/ beta-tricalcium phosphate porous composite material, comprising the following steps: with a sol-gel method, at room temperature, successively dispersing 1-5ml of strong phosphoric acid and 5-30g of calcium acetate into 200ml of carbinol to form a sol; performing solvent replacement on the sol with the carbinol; then, dissolving 3-5g of polycaprolactone with 10-50ml of tetrahydrofuran, and adding the mixture into the above sol; continuing stirring for 20-60 minutes to obtain composite gel; dipping and ageing the composite gel in the carbinol for 2-5 days; and freezing and drying after taking out to obtain the polycaprolactone/beta-tricalcium phosphate porous composite material. The invention does not need high-temperature calcination, and the aperture of the obtained polycaprolactone/beta-tricalcium phosphate porous composite material is 5-40 mu m which approximates the aperture size of human body bone surface; and the material has even structure and high in-vivo biocompatibility and in-vivo degradable capability, thus the material can serve as an ideal bone tissue engineering material of the human body for proliferating and repairing bone tissues.
