23 Jul Method for preparing oriented and porous natural polymer/calcium phosphate composite materials
Abstract
The invention discloses a method for preparing oriented and porous natural polymer/calcium phosphate composite materials. The method comprises the following steps of: dissolving natural polymers, soluble calcium salt, soluble phosphate or phosphoric acid and a crosslinking agent in a water solution with a pH value not more than 7 and standing to obtain hydrogel; pouring out an alkaline solution on the surface of the hydrogel, keeping the temperature within 4 DEG C below zero to 4 DEG C, and enabling the alkaline solution to penetrate downwards to obtain the oriented and porous natural polymer/calcium phosphate composite materials; and repeatedly washing the obtained oriented and porous natural polymer/calcium phosphate composite materials by purified water till a pH value of the washing liquid is equal to 7, and then drying and dehydrating. In the invention, the method has simple process and the process parameters are easy to control. The prepared natural polymer/calcium phosphate porous composite materials with the orientation property and a porous structure can be used as bone tissue engineering materials.
