Abstract

The antigen-free porcine dermal collagen fibers with excellent performance and wide application are prepared by using purified porcine skin as a raw material and adopting a method of combining physics, chemistry and biochemistry to perform a series of treatment such as fluffing, fiber decomposition, fiber separation, carding and the like on the purified porcine skin on the premise of ensuring good mechanical property of the purified porcine skin unchangeable. The antigen-free porcine dermal collagen fibers have good biocompatibility, good mechanical property and proper degradability, and can be widely applied to preparation of medicinal biological materials such as tissue engineering scaffold materials, hemostatic materials, medicinal operation stitches and the like.
