Cardiac stent with three-dimensional structure and anisotropy and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The invention relates to a cardiac stent with a three-dimensional structure and anisotropy and a preparation method thereof. According to the cardiac stent, a nanometer fiber stent is weaved by static spinning, a meshed structure is defined by adjusting the orientation, density and length of spinning fibers, suspended nanometer fibers without a substrate allow the attachment and growth of cells, and an excitable mesh is formed by the nanometer fiber stent in a hollow tissue form. The cardiac stent has the advantages that: fiber materials prepared by the method can be used for a system for constructing cardiac tissues in vitro, and the anisotropy of the cells is controlled by aggregating the cells on the nanometer fiber mesh for growing; the nanometer fiber mesh is covered on a support made from polydimethylsiloxane by electric spinning to be suspended in the air; and the three-dimensional structure and the anisotropy can be kept, so that the transmission of nutrient and metabolic products is facilitated by a polymethyl glutarimide fiber-based tissue structure, and an ideal system is provided for tissue engineering. A preparation process is simple and convenient to operate, and has a bright application prospect.
