Abstract

The invention discloses a nano-sized porous biomaterial film used for inducing directed differentiation of stem cells and a preparation method thereof. The nano-sized porous biomaterial film is obtained by the following steps of: coating a biomaterial solution on a template coated with an orderly array of colloidal silicon dioxide microspheres, curing, separating the film form the template, and optionally drawing the film, to obtain the nano-sized porous biomaterial film. The invention is characterized in that the nano-sized porous biomaterial film is made of PS, PLGA, PLLA or PMMA. The method has the advantages of being convenient to operate and simple and feasible and being low in cost and good in reproducibility. The nano-sized porous biomaterial film product can induce directed differentiation of stem cells, shows the potential of controlling cell behavior and being applied in the tissue engineering field, is particularly suitable for large-scale cell culture in vitro, has good practicability, and can bring good economic benefit and social effect.
