Abstract
Disclosed is a regeneration membrane applicable to tissue repair engineering. The regeneration membrane comprises: a first porous layer and a second porous layer that are adjacent to and bonded to each other. A plurality of pores formed and distributed on the first porous layer and the second porous layer communicate with outside environment. The pore size of the first porous layer is greater than the pore size of the second porous layer. The regeneration membrane is characterized by unsymmetrical inflow and outflow permeability and is a regeneration membrane of high unidirectional permeability. The term high unidirectional permeability is referred to either high inbound flow or high outbound flow and high outbound or inbound flow mode applied to a damaged area is determined according to the requirement of the damaged area.
