Abstract

The kit comprises a red cell precipitating agent, sodium diatrizoate-polysucrose and a cell preservative solution. Each reagent solution is preserved separately. The kit can separate both bone marrow and umbilical cord blood, and the surfaces of the separated cells have no markers, without changing biological activity of the cells. The separation kit can be produced industrially and realize industrialized production of human hematopoietic technology, so that a doctor can treat a patient by using the cells as drugs conveniently. The separation kit is convenient for popularization and application.
