Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation device of a tissue engineering tubular supporting frame. The preparation device of the tissue engineering tubular supporting frame comprises a base, an inner pipe and an outer pipe, wherein the inner pipe and the outer pipe are arranged coaxially. The preparation device of the tissue engineering tubular supporting frame is characterized in that one end of the inner pipe is provided with a positioning plug coaxially, positioning holes are arranged in the base, the positioning plug is in interference fit with the positioning holes, one end of the outer pipe is a sealed end, a sampling hole is arranged in the sealed end, the other end of the outer pipe is an opening end, and the opening end is arranged on the positioning plug coaxially. The preparation device of the tissue engineering tubular supporting frame is simple in structure, and accurate in positioning. Due to the fact that the positioning plug is in interference fit with the positioning holes, and the length of the positioning plug matched with the positioning holes is larger than the length of the positioning plug matched with the outer pipe, the inner pipe is enabled to be positioned very well, perpendicularity of the inner pipe is ensured, after the outer pipe and the plug are matched, concentricity between the inner pipe and the outer pipe is ensured accurately, and therefore when the preparation device of the tissue engineering tubular supporting frame is used for manufacturing tubular supporting frames with different wall thickness, only the outer pipe needs to be replaced.
