Preparation method of alginate hybrid hydrogel film and grafting material of immobilized bio-macromolecule

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of an alginate hybrid hydrogel film and a grafting material of an immobilized bio-macromolecule. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: introducing other substances capable of reacting with a metal ion cross-linking agent in a process of preparing alginate hybrid hydrogel; fixing the bio-macromolecule to the thickness-adjustable hybrid hydrogel film by adsorbing, embedding or covalent bond cross-linking after adsorbing and embedding; and grafting the alginate hybrid hydrogel film to surfaces of other substrate materials by virtue of an ion cross-linking way to obtain the alginate hybrid hydrogel film grafting material of the immobilized bio-macromolecule. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple and free of any organic solvent; the immobilized bio-macromolecule is high in activity, good in material self-biocompatibility, controllable in membrane thickness, capable of grafting to carriers of various shapes, and good in application prospects in the fields including tissue engineering, drug control release, catalysis and the like.
