Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for tendon-tendon sheath co-culture construction in vitro. An existing tissue engineering tendon sheath is still in a mode of manual cultivation. The device comprises a tissue engineering tendon-tendon sheath co-culture bioreactor, a control unit and a measurement unit, wherein the tissue engineering tendon-tendon sheath co-culture bioreactor comprises tissue engineering tendon-tendon sheath cultivation units and a pneumatic tendon sliding mechanism; each tissue engineering tendon-tendon sheath cultivation unit consists of a tendon culture room and a tendon sheath culture room; the control unit consists of a touch screen, a programmable logic controller (PLC), a motor and a speed controller; and the measurement unit consists of a pressure sensor, a flow sensor, a data acquisition card and measurement software. The method and the device adopt a way of combining pulling stress and pressure stress to realize tissue engineering tendon-tendon sheath dynamic co-culture in vitro; and a plurality of single tissue engineering tendon-tendon sheath co-culture bioreactors can be combined for large-scale cultivation and construction, so that an original mode of manual operation and static cultivation can be changed.
