Abstract
The invention relates to a magnetic chitosan tissue engineering scaffold. The scaffold is a chitosan tissue engineering scaffold containing 0.1 to 80% by mass of Fe3O4 and is of a porous structure with porosity of 0.01 to 99.9% and a bore diameter of 1 to 107 nm. The magnetic chitosan tissue engineering scaffold provided by the invention can reduce poisoning effects of a drug on the whole body and cumbersome steps in the process of magnetic targeted drug delivery and is applicable to other treatment means using magnetism for targeting.
