Abstract

The invention discloses an injectable tissue engineering cartilage in-vitro establishment device. The device comprises a thermotank, a centrifugal device, which is arranged in the inner of the thermotank, and a control system, which is used to control the temperature in the inner of the thermotank and operations of the centrifugal device. The centrifugal device comprises a centrifuge, a container seat, which is arranged on the centrifuge, a liquid feeding system, which is used to feed prepared reagent, and a stirring system, which is used for stirring. Through setting a controller and a PH sensor, the PH sensor sends the obtained PH value to the controller in real-time, the controller controls a driving mechanism to operate through controlling a module II, and then a piston rod is driven to add NaOH solution in a container tank, when the PH value of the solution is in the preset range, the driving mechanism stops, so that the PH value of the solution can be precisely controlled. Through setting the stirring system and the centrifugal device, stirring solution and centrifugal solution can be prepared according to the needs. Through the steps mentioned above, injectable tissue engineering cartilage in-vitro establishment is finally established. The device relieves the work load on medical staff and improves the work efficiency.
