Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a tissue engineering scaffold for realizing time-ordered release of a medicine. The preparation method comprises the steps: preparing an oil phase solution by using poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA) and polyvinyl alcohol-block-poly(L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PELCL); introducing a liquid phase to be mixed into an oil phase to prepare a suspension liquid, wherein the liquid phase comprises thiolated chitosan and polyvinyl alcohol diacetate; and preparing a fibrous membrane with favorable mechanical performance from the suspension liquid by using an electrostatic spinning method. The PLGA and PELCL fibrous membrane prepared by using the method provided by the invention can meet the requirement for time-ordered release for tissue regeneration and has the clinic application prospect in the field of biomedicines.
