Abstract

The invention relates to a time-space matching type hyperbranched polyether tissue engineering material and a preparation method thereof. The tissue engineering material is an amphiphilic hyperbranched polyether material containing a hydrophobic hyperbranched polyether (HP) part and a hydrophilic chain-terminated methoxy polyethylene glycol (mPEG) part. Chains contain biodegradable ester bond, ammonia ester bond, silicon ester bond, thioester bond and the like. The tissue engineering material can be prepared by an ammonia ester bond method or an ester bond method. Compared with the prior art, the time-space matching type hyperbranched polyether tissue engineering material provided by the invention is simple and feasible, and can realize industrial production. By adjusting the properties of each polymer constituent part, hyperbranched polyether materials with different degradation rates can be obtained. Also with good biocompatibility, the time-space matching type hyperbranched polyether tissue engineering material can achieve wide application when used for time-space matching type tissue engineering materials.
