Abstract
The utility model belongs to the field of biomedical engineering and provides an ultrasonic vibration auxiliary biological soft tissue cutting test device which comprises a base, a computer, a cutting tool, a soft tissue fixing table, a cutting tool clamp holder, a force sensor, an air cylinder and a transverse guide rail. A data acquisition card is installed in the computer. The ultrasonic vibration auxiliary biological soft tissue cutting test device is characterized by further comprising a signal generator, a signal amplifier, a directional guide rod, a push plate and an ultrasonic transducer, wherein the push plate is fixed at the front end of the directional guide rod. The force sensor, the ultrasonic transducer, the cutting tool clamp holder and the cutting tool are sequentially installed on the push plate at the front end of the directional guide rod to form an ultrasonic vibration cutting tool bit assembly. The force sensor can measure cutting force in real time, and accordingly quantitative research on soft tissue cutting is achieved. The ultrasonic vibration auxiliary biological soft tissue cutting test device can achieve ultrasonic vibration assisting for soft tissue cutting and achieve automatic measurement in the whole cutting process under the control of the computer, is high in testing speed and high in accuracy, and can provide a perfect testing platform for research on action mechanism of ultrasonic wave and tissues in the soft tissue cutting process.
