Abstract

The invention discloses a making method of a fish collagen/mesoporous bioglass composite nanofiber membrane. The making method comprises the following steps: preparing a mesoporous bioglass gel; fully mixing a fish collagen solution with the mesoporous bioglass gel; and carrying out electrostatic spinning to make the fish collagen/mesoporous bioglass composite nanofiber membrane. The making method is simple and is suitable for industrial production, and the fish collagen/mesoporous bioglass composite nanofiber membrane made in the invention has high specific surface area and porosity, enhances the biocompatibility and the mechanical properties of a material, has antibiotic and degradable properties, and has a wide application prospect in the biomedical field, like wound restoration, artificial skins, blood vessels, and nerve and tissue scaffold engineering materials.
