Abstract
The invention relates to a nano ferroferric oxide/polyamino acid magnetic composite particle and a preparation method thereof. Amino-containing nanometer ferroferric oxide modified by a silane coupling agent is taken as an initiator; amino acid ring opening polymerization is initiated by virtue of a bracket, so as to obtain a composite particle with a core-shell structure; the mass ratio of the coupling agent to the ferroferric oxide is (0.100-0.332):1; a polymer solution/salt particle mixture is cast and molded by a solvent casting method; salt particles are leached in water, so as to obtain a porous bracket; and the mass percent of a polyamino acid in the bracket is 7-95%. The method has the advantage that a bracket material with good biocompatibility, of which ferroferric oxide nano particles are evenly dispersed, and an organic matter and an inorganic matter are connected with each other through a chemical bond, can be prepared. The magnetic composite particle and the preparation method thereof have good application prospects in the field of tissue engineering.
