Preparation method of chitosan/graphene oxide/hydroxyapatite/polyacrylamide composite material

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a chitosan/graphene oxide/hydroxyapatite/polyacrylamide composite material and belongs to the field of high polymer materials. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing a solution from hydroxyapatite (HA), chitosan (CS) and graphene oxide (GO) and doping the solution with a network structure of polyacrylamide (PAM). The preparation method is simple and convenient in operations in the preparation process, and cost-saving, and the obtained composite material overcomes the defects of easy bending and poor mechanical properties of a PAM stent and maintains the advantages of relatively low cytotoxicity and medicine carrying capability of GO and excellent biocompatibility of CS/HA; as a result, the composite material can be taken as a bone repair material and is expected to be applied to the bone tissue engineering.
