Abstract
The invention discloses a graphene oxide modified by an imitation cellular outer membrane structure and a preparation method of the graphene oxide. The graphene oxide modified by the imitation cellular outer membrane structure having excellent biocompatibility can be obtained by synthesizing a binary random copolymer, namely an amino-containing zwitterionic polymer, from a vinyl monomer containing a zwitterionic hydrophilic group and an amino-containing vinyl monomer by use of a free radical polymerization method, and grafting the amino-containing zwitterionic polymer to the surface of the graphene oxide; as a result, the residual of an initiator is avoided. The preparation method of the graphene oxide modified by the imitation cellular outer membrane structure is simple, mild in condition and simple in after-treatment, and therefore, a new way is provided for obtaining the stable imitation cellular outer membrane structure on the surface of the graphene oxide; the graphene oxide modified by the imitation cellular outer membrane structure is expected to have a wide application prospect in the fields of implants, tissue engineering, drug sustained release, biosensors and the like.
