Abstract
The invention relates to a novel nanofiber membrane and yarn support for trachea transplantation and a method for manufacturing the novel nanofiber membrane and yarn support. The novel nanofiber membrane and yarn support is of an inner and outer bilayer structure, the inner layer is a nanofiber membrane, and the outer layer is nanofiber yarn. The method comprises the following steps of manufacturing the nanofiber membrane, manufacturing the nanofiber yarn and manufacturing the tubular nanofiber membrane and yarn support. A raw material for manufacturing the nanofiber membrane and the nanofiber yarn is poly(epsilon-caprolactone-co-lactide). The high-voltage electrostatic spinning technique is adopted for the method for manufacturing the nanofiber membrane, and the dynamic liquid electrostatic spinning technique is adopted for the method for manufacturing the nanofiber yarn. The novel electrostatically-spun nanofiber membrane and yarn bilayer support for trachea transplantation is beneficial to adhesion and proliferation of cells, enables cartilage cells to grow along fibers of the nanofiber yarn in an oriented mode, is used for constructing a transplantable tissue engineering trachea, can be used for trachea defect repairing, and provides a significant reference for facilitating trachea mucosa repairing, clinically reconstructing a defective trachea and reducing the number of postoperative complications of trachea reconstruction.
