Abstract
The invention discloses a method for extracting silk gland silk protein. The method comprises the following steps: drowning five-year-old matured silkworms in water, placing at a certain temperature until the silk gland is solidified, and dissecting the silkworms to take out the silk gland; washing the obtained middle silk gland silk protein raw material with distilled water, and removing silkworm body tissue impurities, thereby obtaining middle silk gland silk protein; washing the obtained rear silk gland silk protein raw material with distilled water, thereby obtaining rear silk gland silk protein as rear silk gland fibroin; peeling off the outer layer of the middle silk gland silk protein to obtain silk protein as middle silk gland sericin, and peeling the rest parts obtain the internal silk protein as middle silk gland fibroin. The method disclosed by the invention is simple and effective, avoids the uneasiness in operation caused by the viscosity of the silk gland silk protein when the matured silkworms are directly dissected, and has the characteristics that the labour intensity is low, the extraction efficiency is high, and a product is easy to dry and preserve, and the finished product of the silk gland silk protein can be used in multiple fields such as food, cosmetics, tissue engineering and drug carrier systems, and is wide in application range.
