Abstract

According to the technical scheme, the preparation method of the wound dressing with the optimal water vapor permeability comprises the following steps: completely dissolving polyurethane particles in N,N-dimethylformamide, and adding sodium citrate powder into the solution; pouring the solution into a mold, standing at 100 DEG C for 60-240 minutes, immersing the mold in deionized water, and drying, so as to obtain the wound dressing with the water vapor permeability of 1500-3500g/m<2>/24h. The wound dressing prepared by virtue of the preparation method has good water vapor permeability and is beneficial to the wound recovery.
