Abstract

The invention discloses nanopore-network-containing fibers prepared by high-pressure electrostatic spinning. The nanopore-network-containing fibers are characterized by being prepared by blending polypropylene carbonate and polycaprolactone in a mass ratio of (60-99):(1-40) with a conductive metal salt accounting for 0.2-0.5% of the total mass of granules by virtue of a high-pressure electrostatic spinning method; an electron microscope photo of the fibers shows that the fibers consist of a lot of mutually through nanopore networks, and the specific area of the fibers is 130-200m<2>/g. The invention also discloses an application of the nanopore-network-containing fibers in bone tissue engineering. According to the fibers provided by the invention, the mutually through nanopore networks can be formed on the surfaces and the interiors of the fibers to greatly improve the specific area of the nano fibers, and because the fibers have good biocompatibility and biodegradability, the fibers can be applied to the bone tissue engineering; and moreover, the preparation method is simple, is low in environment temperature requirement and wide in humidity application range, is controllable, and meanwhile is convenient for mass production.
