Abstract

The invention discloses a three-dimensional dynamic composite culture system and method for urethra of functional tissue engineering. According to the system, the ends, positioned outside a reactor, of an outer culture liquid feeding pipe and an outer culture liquid discharging pipe, extend into an outer culture liquid container; a first peristaltic pump is connected in series to the outer culture liquid feeding pipe; the ends, positioned outside the reactor, of an inner culture liquid feeding pipe and an inner culture liquid discharging pipe extend into an inner culture liquid container; a second peristaltic pump is connected in series to the inner culture liquid input pipe. According to the system, the inner epithelial suspension and culture liquid circulate at the inner layer to realize dynamic cell seeding and dynamic culture; the outer smooth muscle cell suspension and culture liquid are wrapped at the outer layer and circulate to realize dynamic seeding and dynamic culture; therefore, the cells and culture systems of two different types can be synchronously cultured; the two cells coexist, which is closer to the normal anatomical structure of internal urethra; the three-dimensional dynamic composite culture system has a certain of urethra functionality, and therefore the probability of urethrostenosis is small after the three-dimensional dynamic composite culture system is transplanted into body.
