Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of new materials, and discloses degradation rate controllable polyurethane. The structural formula of polyurethane is shown in the Specification. The preparation method of polyurethane is as follows: a, adding IPDI into a three-neck flask, dissolving IPDI in an organic solvent, placing in the environment of -15 to 0 DEG C, dropwise adding 20 ml of an organic solvent solution in which polyethylene glycol is dissolved in half an hour, reacting for 24 hours in a stirring manner, evaporating in a rotary manner so as to obtain an intermediate product, and then titrating to measure the content of -NCO; b, taking and adding the intermediate product and 2,6-dimethyl alcohol-1-nitrobenzene into a three-neck flask, and dissolving in chloroform, refluxing for 48 hours at 50 DEG C, evaporating the product in a rotary manner so as to obtain the target product. Polyurethane provided by the invention has the benefits that photodegradable radicals are introduced to the main chain of polyurethane, such type of polyurethane has the feature of hydrolysis and photodegradation, and the hydrolysis rate of polyurethane can be controlled through photodegradation; the feature broadens application prospects of polyurethane in fields, such as scaffold for tissue engineering and drug sustained release.
