Abstract
The present invention relates to a tissue engineering skin preparation method, wherein fibroblasts and epidermic cells are respectively planted on both sides of the acellular porcine thoracic aorta vascular intima so as to construct the tissue engineering skin. Compared with the current skin substitute, the tissue engineering skin of the present invention has the following characteristics that the raw material source is rich, the wound healing can be significantly promoted, the angiogenesis on the wound position can be accelerated, the scar hyperplasia can be reduced, the mechanical property can meet the body requirements, and the artificial skin transplantation success rate can be improved, such that the tissue engineering skin has great clinical application potential.
