Abstract

The TK peptide and virus-like particles (VLPs) formed by capsid protein VP2 of procine parvovirus (PPV) are connected together through a gene engineering method to form the nanometer carrier material (TK-VLPs). The nanometer carrier system is wrapped by and loaded with medicine to form an active targeting nanometer medicine delivery system, and the medicine carrying TK-VLPs nanometer medicine delivery system has good tumor targeting and a strong antitumor growth effect, can better mediate nanometer medicine delivery system targeting tumor tissue, and has good research and application prospects.
